What this site is

CryptoCapGuru is an independent site that shows cryptocurrency prices, market cap and volume. It is free, has no advertising and earns no money. Nobody can pay to be listed or to rank higher.

Not financial advice

Everything here is general information. It is not financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and it is not a recommendation to buy or sell anything. Prices come from third parties and can be wrong, late or missing. Cryptocurrencies are volatile and you can lose all the money you put in. Check any figure against another source before acting on it; you use this site at your own risk.

Privacy

There are no accounts, and we never ask for your name, your email or a password. We set no cookies and use no analytics or advertising trackers. Your portfolio, your watchlist and your preferences are saved only in your own browser and are never sent to us. The one exception is the portfolio chart: to draw it, your browser asks our server for the price history of the coins you hold, never the amounts.

Like any web server, ours writes technical data about each request, such as the IP address, to its logs, to keep the site running and secure. We do not use it to identify you and we do not share it. The site reaches you through Cloudflare, a network that protects and speeds up websites: it handles the connection, sees the same technical data and may set a cookie of its own for security. Our server is in the European Union. Apart from that, pages load nothing from other companies, except the logo of a newly added coin, which can come from CoinGecko until we have our own copy.

Where the data comes from

Prices, market cap, supply and ranking of the top 500 coins come from CoinGecko, as do the exchange rates of national currencies. The prices in the exchange tables and in “More coins” are read directly from 13 exchanges: Binance, OKX, Bybit, Coinbase, Kraken, KuCoin, Gate, MEXC, Bitget, HTX, Bitstamp, BingX, WhiteBIT.
